Goals and Objectives:
Create and practice with CSS effects and rules in a website for accessibility. Use external stylesheets, little embedded & inline styles.
Instructions:
1. At least five pages
2. Approximately 100 to 300 words per page
3. At least five different font CSS rules to make your pages easier to access
4. Follow good base CSS accessibility rules like contrast
5. Have at least three media queries
6. Be organized in correct folder/directory structure
7. Include ten additional CSS rules for Nav bars, hover effects, transitions etc
8. Keep left and right scrolling to a minimum
9. Create transitions on hover
