Create and practice with CSS effects and rules in a website for accessibility.
Instructions:
Create a new website with the goal of creating CSS for responsive web design with external stylesheets.
1. At least five pages
2. Approximately 100 to 300 words per page
3. At least five different font CSS rules to make your pages easier to access
4. Follow good base CSS for responsive design
5. At least three media queries
6. Organized in correct folder/directory structure
7. Ten additional CSS rules for Nav bars, hover effects, transitions etc
8. Keep left and right scrolling to a minimum
9. Create media queries to repaint your pages at 800 and 1200 pixels
